Before requesting a refund, please utilize our free revision service. We offer unlimited revisions within 14 days of delivery to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Full Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a 100% refund if:

• We fail to find a suitable writer for your order
• The order is cancelled before a writer is assigned
• We miss your deadline (through our fault)
• The delivered work is proven to be plagiarized

Partial Refund Eligibility

A partial refund may be issued if:

• The work doesn’t fully meet your original instructions after revisions
• You cancel after a writer has been assigned but before delivery
• The quality is below the expected academic level

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available when:

• You change your instructions after work has begun
• You fail to provide necessary information or materials
• The work meets your original requirements
• More than 14 days have passed since delivery
• The order was marked as approved/completed by you

How to Request a Refund
